7.1. In case of reorganisation or sale of the business, we are entitled to pass on your personal data to the succeeding organisation including the rights to process your data for the purposes described and pursuant to the Data Protection Act (1998).

7.4. We may share your personal data with third parties if this is required for the specific service you booked through our website (e.g. an event hosted by a third party, a tour conducted at a third party’s premises).
7.5. Currently all online payments must be made via PayPal.
7.5.1. By submitting your booking on our website (clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button), you will automatically be re-directed to a PayPal payment page. In so doing you agree to us sharing the information you provided in the booking form with PayPal.
7.5.2. PayPal does not share your credit/debit card information with us.
8. Where we store and process your personal information
The personal data that we collect from you is stored on computers and servers in the UK and the European Economic Area.
In addition, we regularly send personal data we collect from you to third party organisations located in the United States for storage or other purposes controlled by us (e.g. email marketing). These third party organisations are required to safeguard your personal data according to their participation in international data transfer mechanisms including the US-EU Privacy Shield framework.
We continue to be the data controller, which means only we have the legal right to use your data.
